Nwachukwu has a flair for human capital management and human rights issues.

She has worked for a number of civil society organisations focused on the promotion of rule of law, governance and human rights particularly women’s right in the private and public space. She is also passionate about employment related issues including dispute resolution in the workplace.

She has also garnered experience in monitoring and evaluation, communications and project management.

She is an alumna of University of Nigeria, Nsukka and Nigerian Law School, Yenagoa.
